1. Definitions

• "Penvale", "we", "us", "our" — Penvale, operating from 56 Sukhumvit Road, Tha Pradu, Rayong 21000, Thailand.
• "Services" — the educational sessions, document organisation sessions, and programmes offered by Penvale.
• "Participant", "you", "your" — any person who uses our website, enquires about, or attends our Services.
• "Session" — any individual or group educational session provided by Penvale.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any booking confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking a session, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not use our website or attempt to book a session.

3. Nature of Services

Penvale provides general educational information and organisational support in connection with retirement processes. Our Services are designed to help participants understand publicly available information about how retirement and pension processes typically work in Thailand, and to help individuals organise their own documents.

Penvale does not provide financial advice, legal advice, investment recommendations, or any individualised professional guidance of any kind. If you need personal advice about your retirement, pension entitlements, or legal situation, you should consult a qualified professional licensed to provide such advice in Thailand.

4. Session Bookings

A booking is confirmed once Penvale has sent you a written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion. If we cancel a session, any fees paid will be refunded in full. Participants wishing to cancel a booked session should give at least 48 hours' notice; cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee at Penvale's discretion.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are as stated at the time of booking in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. The stated fee covers the session, any printed materials provided, and reasonable follow-up contact related to that session. Fees do not include any government, agency, or third-party charges you may incur as a result of acting on information received.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and Services for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the functioning of our website, submit false or misleading information, or use our Services in a manner that breaches the rights of others or applicable Thai law.

7. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, templates, checklists, and other content produced by Penvale remain our intellectual property. Materials provided for personal use during sessions may be used by you for your own personal purposes. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute them commercially without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided for general educational purposes only. We make no representation that the information we provide is comprehensive, complete, or suitable for any individual's specific circumstances. Information about retirement processes may change; we endeavour to keep our materials current but cannot warrant their accuracy at all times.

Nothing in our sessions constitutes a recommendation to take or not take any particular course of action. Outcomes from engaging with official retirement authorities depend on many factors beyond our knowledge or control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Penvale's total liability to you in connection with our Services shall not exceed the fee paid for the session in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our Services or your reliance on any information provided. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Confidentiality of Your Documents

Where you bring personal documents to a Document Roadmap Session, those documents remain your property at all times. Penvale staff will not copy, photograph, or retain any document content. Any notes made during the session are held confidentially and used only to produce your session output (template and checklist).

11. Termination

Either party may end the arrangement at any time before a confirmed session takes place, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 4. Penvale reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, abusive, or contrary to these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rayong Province, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision at any time does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to our Services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
